Disable Unified View

The unified view groups all your communications (messages, calls, voicemails, and faxes) with a contact. This view was implemented to unlock future functionality and is enabled by default. If desired, you can revert to the classic view by disabling the unified view.

Before you begin: Only customers with prior access to the classic view can disable the unified view.
  1. From the mobile app, go to Settings from the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select Unified view and then disable the setting.
