Can I change my plan in the middle of the billing cycle?

Absolutely! We would never want you to be stuck with a plan you don’t like. You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade or downgrade in the middle of a billing cycle your plan changes will be prorated.

You may upgrade your plan or switch plans at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log into your account and go to Settings
  2. Select a new plan in the Account tab under Your Pricing Plan

Note: If you started using Grasshopper before June 2011, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Click on Update Plan
  3. Click on Upgrade, under the plan you would like to switch to.
