How do I change my pricing plan?

If you are an account administrator, you can change your account's subscription plan at any time. Note that if you are downgrading your plan, changes will not take effect until the next billing cycle. 

  1. Log in to Settings at
  2. On the Account tab, you will see the current pricing plan. Select the plan you wish to switch to. 
  3. Click Yes, change my plan to confirm. 

Note: If your account was created prior to June 2011, your account will look different. You can change your account under My AccountUpdate PlanUpgrade
