A few things can cause dropped calls with the app, please check the following:
- Are you using the most up to date version of the app? It's possible that an outdated version will have bugs that we may have addressed/fixed in the new version. Please go to the App Store or Google Play Store to confirm you have the most recent version.
- Has outbound calling every worked for you? If not, it's possible that the app may have had an issue on the initial install. Please uninstall the app and reinstall.
- If you reinstall and you are still having an issue, please check to see if you have Wi-Fi calling enabled, this could be causing dropped calls.
- Please go into the app on your phone, go to settings and turn off Wi-Fi calling.
