Your billing date is determined by the day of the month you initially purchased your service with us.
For example, if you sign up on January 8th your billing date will be the 8th of every month.
If you prefer to change your billing date to another day, please contact our support team and we can assist you with making this change. Grasshopper support is available 24/7 at 1-800-279-1455.
