Yes, you have a few options to choose from. If there is no input from the caller after your main greeting plays, you have the option to:
- Repeat the main greeting (default)
- Transfer the call to another extension
- Transfer the call to another Grasshopper number
- End the call
To customize these settings, go to Settings > Main Greeting. Click Change Greeting in the Main Greeting Section then scroll down to Options and select an option from the drop down menu.
