The most common cause of an immediate disconnect is that the “Mobile Number” is entered incorrectly within the settings of your mobile app. To change this:
- Go to Settings in the bottom right-hand corner of the app
- Select "My Mobile Number"
- This should be your cell phone number. If it is typed incorrect, please adjust this and retest
If you issues persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Grasshopper Mobile App. If it persists after these changes, please reach out to our support team.
