Bummer! If your transfer was rejected you’ll need to contact your former provider to check the status of your number. Most providers will require that the account owner contact them directly, and Grasshopper isn’t able to contact them on your behalf. We would if we could!
Here’s a couple things to note:
- If your former provider instructs you to re-submit your transfer request to Grasshopper without any changes to the information, please let us know. We'll resubmit your transfer request to your former provider.
- If you need to update the information on your existing transfer order, please re-visit our Transfer Form, edit and then re-submit the transfer. You could also submit a brand new order and fax it to us at 800-405-7519. Make sure you've included all of the required supporting documentation for your transfer!
