In most cases, once we’ve provided you with a transfer completion date, we won’t be able to expedite the transfer process. Our underlying carrier also can’t request an earlier completion date once the process has started. If the completion date has not been provided yet, we can ask them to expedite the process and request an earlier date than the regular interval. (This may require additional fees.)
Keep in mind that Grasshopper can’t guarantee that your current number provider will cooperate and accept the requested date. Your provider may also reject the order since it’s not within their regular interval. The expedited request will prioritize your order in our carrier's system, but the same time frame applies to complete the process. The only difference is that the expedited orders would be worked on first before the other orders.
