Help! I’m getting rejections during local number transfer out!

Yikes! Don’t worry! If you got a rejection during your transfer, submit your transfer request to your new provider with the CSR that we’ll gladly provide you upon request, just ask! 

Each number requested to be transferred has its own Billing Telephone Number. It may take up to 3 business days to obtain the CSR. (If you don’t have this info, just get in touch with our support team and we can get you the documents you need.)
