Do I really have to sign up for a new account and set everything up again?

Yes, currently you’re on our beta system. Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard to build out a completely new system that is more reliable and has more features than the one you’re on. On the new system, you’ll get:

  • Outbound calling with our iPhone and Android apps
  • Faster, more reliable call diversion
  • A new user interface
  • 24/7 telephone support

Also, you’ll definitely want to sign up for a new account if you want to keep your Grasshopper number because we’ll be decommissioning our UK system and interface on December 1, 2016.
