Absolutely! We would never want you to be stuck with a plan you don’t like. You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade or downgrade in the middle of a billing cycle your plan changes will be prorated. You may upgrade your plan or switch plans at any time by contacting our support team and we’ll help you out!
Note: If you started using Grasshopper before June 2011, you can easily do this on your own.
- Go to My Account
- Click on Update Plan
- Click on Upgrade, under the plan you would like to switch to.
