When can I cancel my Grasshopper Connect account once I’ve transferred my number out?
If you’re transferring a toll-free or local phone number out of Grasshopper Connect and to a new carrier, you should not cancel your Grasshopper Connect account until your new carrier confirms that the number(s) are successfully transferred. We don’t want you to get stuck without a working number!
Please keep in mind that we cannot cancel the account automatically. You must contact Customer Care in order to close your Grasshopper Connect account.
