We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel your Grasshopper Connect account at any time by calling our Customer Care team using the link below and choosing extension 3 from the menu. 

However, first you'll need to do the following: 

  • Ensure any outstanding bills or fees have been paid for. 
  • Transfer your Grasshopper Connect phone number(s) to another carrier. Note that this has to be done with your new carrier and can take some time to process, so be sure to wait until your new carrier confirms the transfer before trying to cancel your Grasshopper Connect account. 

Once you've successfully transferred out your phone number(s), you can call our Customer Care team to cancel your Grasshopper Connect account. Please be sure to have the following information handy when you call:
